My career has been a steady climb from hands-on delivery to executive ownership of large support portfolios. I started as an analyst on US insurance programs at Cognizant, grew into delivery and program management across the US, Canada, and India — leading PMOs of 120+ people and accounts worth millions a year — then took on platform SRE and governance leadership at Wells Fargo, where my teams held brokerage systems to 99.5% availability.
Today, as Senior Service Delivery Manager at Celonis, I own delivery for premier global accounts protecting close to $30M in ARR. I’m the person leadership calls when a platform is under pressure and a customer relationship is on the line — and I’m increasingly focused on how AI reshapes the way service delivery works, from faster root-cause analysis to automated reporting. In September 2026 I’ll begin the one-year CTO Program at IIT Delhi to go deeper still.
